Keeping our customers happy is always our top priority! Though we are confident you will love your pieces from us, if you need to return item(s) please see below.

How do I make a return?

To make a return, please contact us at shopfashionisfood@gmail.com within 7 days of your delivery date.

How many days do I have to make a return?

We request that you please submit returns within 7 business days of the delivery date.

What items are returnable?

You can return eligible clothing, accessories, and shoes within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be unwashed and unworn with original tags and packaging to be returned. All items MUST be returned in their own box or mailer to reduce damage during handling. All shoes MUST be returned in the original shoe box, but please package the shoe box in a mailer or box to avoid damage to the product. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted and you will be notified via email if this is the case with your order. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable, however, shipping will be paid by Fashion is Food if there is a faulty order or incorrect item.

The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:

Free gifts or promotional items
Items marked FINAL SALE
Sunglasses
Bodysuits
Jewelry
Swimwear
Lingerie
Worn items
Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear.
Items with snags, tears, or other visible damage.
Shipping fees

Can I get my money back?

For all returns we issue store credit or exchanges only. Refunds are not available.
Unfortunately, any item marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned.

Are there any return fees?

Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer.
If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product we will gladly cover the return cost.

How soon will I receive my store credit?

Once we have received your return please allow up to 3-5 business days for your store credit to be issued.

Lost or Stolen Items

Please note we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items due to mail carrying series. Once order leaves warehouse, Fashion Is Food is no longer responsible for any items.
